Nivea Creme Review

 NIVEA CREME
Its a classic white moisturiser, emollient and smooth. So basic in an 1960's bathroom, but how does it compare in the 21st century, where there is five thousand moisturisers on the market? Is it still a necessity?
QUALITY: Nivea creme's formula hasn't really changed that much since it was launched. It still is very very thick, has that motherly floral scent and comes in the awesome navy blue tins. I've heard that Marilyn  Monroe use to place this on all over her face like a mask, before she went out for her red carpet events, so her face wouldn't look dry, and instead it looks dewy. If you are seeking for history, this tin has A LOT of history. From the quality, I hope it's history continues.
Nivea Creme is quite hard to blend into your skin, and has a tacky finish - hence emollient. That might be the only thing that will bother you other, as when you use it on your skin after a hot shower and am ready to slip into bed, you will wake up with the BEST skin the next morning. And if you don't use it on your body, you can use as a lip balm, a dry skin solution, a dry skin mask, cuticle cream, after shave for your legs, base for DIY blush, the list can go on and on. It's so moisturising, that any person with a bit of dry skin so get it for the winter, or even for the summer.
You also only require a tiny bit of it. It's not something you have to continue you to grab out, but instead you place more back into the tin.
  1. Very moisturising
  2. Versatile
  3. Need only a tiny bit

PRICE: $6.00 for 250Ml. Even though that may seem like a lot, it'll last at least a month if you use it every day all over your body. I don't. It's lasted me at least 8 months, and I've only used the amount see above...
It's cheap.

WHERE TO BUY: It's actually hard to find Nivea Creme nowadays. I've always gotten mine from a beauty warehouse, but try drugstores, or if you spot a Nivea counter, feel free to ask if they have any traditional Nivea Creme. I'm pretty sure ebay has heaps, and amazon.

CONCLUSION:
Everyone needs a tin of this. I love it, it's so perfect for the winter months, when any type of skin needs some extra love from moisturiser. 9/10 (it's just a tad thick for me)
